just me or do they seem laggy???????

They only seem laggy because it needs time to play through once as it downloads each frame for each one, once thats done, they're normal play time, and you cant really see the subs, i didnt know they were there until u said lol, i think they very goodnice job!
Really great gifs, i find it hard to do these myself. smooth and nicely compressed.
