Well it has been shown that what ever happens to a spiritual body will happen to the physical body after it returns. Atleast it showed that whatever wounds achieved is transfered over. But as we have noticed lately, ichigo has undergone serious training where not only did he get wounded plenty of times he gained much strength and speed(he kinda looks alot bigger/buffer too). Though you do get lighter and do not feel as much fatigue as when your alive, but to increase that much, do you think he will undergo some enhancing that when returns to his physical form?

Probably not, since the physics of the spiritual world are so much more flexible than that of the material world. A spiritual body can do so much more since it's composed of spiritrons and will probably outperform a comprable material body made of organic material. I'd like to think that it may happen, but doing so would really stretch the boundary between what the limits of the material world should be.

..hhmm..interesting question. As i recall Rukia was complaining that in her spirit mode she can chase Chaud no problem but she was in the temporary body. Therefore using this I conclude that when chigo go back to his body, his body will have no change at all.

But what if there has not been a set boundry for there never has been a situation in which a shingami to attain that much power yet still be alive. Most replacement shingami only take half of a regular shingami's power and shortly after is returned. Though the spirtual world is more flexible, the capicities of spiritual energy applys to both ends, and you exhaust and push the limits of spiritual energy you also put stress upon the physical form. But in doing this, it allows the physical form to take on the spiritual aspects, like chad and ishida's abilities. Wouldn't there be negative effects pulled on to ichigos body when they rejoin because ichigo's physcia form has alter some what to suit his nearly captain lvl spiritual energy?

Well, by your reasoning, one would have to assume that Chad and Orihime's abilities augment their physical bodies. However, with all of the evidence that we have it is equally likely that their powers manifest independently of their physical frame and are totally spiritual in nature. The same goes for people with a heightened sixth sense; that ability is purely spiritual and does not directly/permanently alter the physical properties of an individual. It merely gives them a means to manipulate objects in another plane of existence (It's probably a presence of spiritrons around a physical body is what is allowing some of Ichigo's team to "exist" in SS. Kind of like a space suit around an astronaut, using one doesn't make the astronaut him/herself any more special than any other person, but allows him/her to do things a normal person can't.)

I think a good example would be kon...even with ichigo's body he can perform huge jumps...13m high I. So I think when ichigo gets back his body he'll have a huge physical pump up :)

I don't think he'll have any physical improvement, which bothers me a little bit. If he could at least learn to remove his soul on his own, that would be enough. I also think he could probably use Demon Arts, but they've never gone into detail on how long it actually takes to learn them, and he hasn't learned any yet.
