which firewall would it be? Cuz I only know how to do things in Norton.
yea.. which firewall are you using?
to be able to dwonload.. you must reconfigure the settings of your firewall.. to allow certain programs access to the net..

I am not sure exactly what firewall it is, I am not sure how to check, but I tried disabling it and it still doesn't work.

NEVER completely disable a firewall, not even for a short time!

Well, if you put your cursor over the firewall icon or open the program it should tell you what type of firewall it is. Like Norton, McAfee, ZoneAlarm, Outpost, etc.
You also need to configure your router if you have one.
