Well, as you know, the Indians (as is being used officially) have a monopoly in California, which is normally illeagal, but they're making an exception in California for Indian Gambling. Prop 68 is a bit of a gamble, if it's passed, then the Indians have a choice, either they pay 25% of their profits; instead of going by free, with no taxes. Or, if they don't like that, then they aren't a monopoly anymore, instead, other gambling establishments can be made, non indian-tribes to be specific. Over 30,000 I believe.
Me, Mind you, I would rather have them pay 25% then having over 30,000 establishments built, 200 near schools. Either way, it's very risky, it itself is like a gamble. So what do you all think? Also, if the proposition does not pass, then the Indian Casinos will stay free, and a monopoly.
