Well, as you know, the Indians (as is being used officially) have a monopoly in California, which is normally illeagal, but they're making an exception in California for Indian Gambling. Prop 68 is a bit of a gamble, if it's passed, then the Indians have a choice, either they pay 25% of their profits; instead of going by free, with no taxes. Or, if they don't like that, then they aren't a monopoly anymore, instead, other gambling establishments can be made, non indian-tribes to be specific. Over 30,000 I believe.

Me, Mind you, I would rather have them pay 25% then having over 30,000 establishments built, 200 near schools. Either way, it's very risky, it itself is like a gamble. So what do you all think? Also, if the proposition does not pass, then the Indian Casinos will stay free, and a monopoly.

We're screwed either way with 68 . what kind of stupid proposition is that... it's like there's no choice..

the only prop i am sure i'm voted for is 72. Knowing the Medicare will be completely gone by 2019. (As in totally out of money) Then we'll all be screwed over aside from picking fights with other countries.

Prop 61 - Build/repair Children hospitals
Prop 63 - 1% charge on $1million+/yr income Californians
Prop 67 - Increase on 911 fee to improve communications with law assistance, etc,
Prop 71 - Fund Stem Cell research
Prop 72 Employers with 50+ employees will have to provide affordable healthcare for workers.

The only one i'm not certain of is that 911 fee. I see it in all my phone bills along with a bunch of miscellaneous taxes from god knows what. The police take forever to get to the scene, and i doubt it's because they don't have enough money to pay the phone bills. (Just a metaphor) Compared with the law enforcement with the rest of the world. I don't have much faith in the police of America. I'll be scared of getting shot by them first than by some psycho.
