Ulqiorra's First Release?

What exactly is the power that Ulqiorra gains with his first release?

I thought it was flight, but they can all fly around in HM anyways so...

What is it exactly? :confused:

Looks like it was not much different than bankai Ichigo, mostly speed, but some more power as well.

I was expecting he'd get some kind of ability like all the rest but looks like he didn't.

Maybe his ability was to be able to perform a second release.

And normally characters can't fly per say, they can stand on the air, which is a bit different. I've seen characters fall to the ground, especially if surprised by the fall.
