Ichigo's Friends Hidden Powers

According to someone (I have completely forgotten who,) because Ichigo is constantly leaking Reiatsu, the people around him who have no spiritual powers start to gain them. We have seen this in Chad (His arms) and Orihime (Her pin flower things.) We have also seen that Tatsuki can see spirits (when that octupus tentacle hollow attacks in the 5/6 volume) as well as Keigo (when Ikkaku is fighting the arrancar.) Also I know Karin already has some spiritual power but I can only presume being close to Ichigo has increased her spiritual power. So does this mean they will soon manifest powers such as Chad and Orihime. Does anyone reckon they know what these are? Any theories? :confused:

Oh and you forgot Ichigo's other friend.Can't remember the name but he's the one that gets all the girls.
Last we saw them(exept Karin)they were hanging out with Urahara.Supposebly training.
