Babbo remebers one of their subs of naruto:d it was funny, they had the little frog speaking l33t and all the names were literally translated (naruto-->fish cake) and if he didn't know how to translate an attacks name they put in the names like "random Explosive Attack who's name I don't know!!!!!"

I'm so excited, I thought it was wonderful. Pretty true to the manga, too, which was a plus.
And oh god, the music is gorgeous. That's one OST I might actually buy from Japan.

My friend and I found out in Feb and we were kind of counting down the days. Last week was awful, just couldn't wait until it was over until TRC started. Finished watching it and the score is awesome!!! I can't wait until next week!

Wow yours has it blocked? My dorm room doesn't I don't think it has any downloading program blocked for that matter. One of my friend's schools has that too so typically send them to her through IM if I can.

Tsubasa is great. Definitely lives up to its hype. Mai Hime finished, Air finshed, Tsubasa starting, Ichigo 100% starting. This could go forever, just the way I want it ^^^

oh, are you uploading the LE/DB one of the Solar one?

The LE/DB one has problems with the picture I think. It gets blurry sometimes when it's not suppose to. I'm actually dl'ing the solar one to see if it's better.

not too ecstatic about the seiyuu (VAs), but the score was amazing. one of the best and most fitting i've ever heard. definitely waiting for ep. 2

This looks great so far. I havn't read the manga but I've read a few volumes of XXHolic and it was great to see yuuko and the gang in colour^^
I wasnt too keen on the VA either but the music was beautiful as was the animation( but their all so skinny XD )

I watched the DB and L-E and I found it fine but then again I wouldn't be able to tell the differences between the translations.....

xxxholic is kind of.....strange. it's the kind of series where talk is more important than the action....so cuz of that, i prefer tsubasa much better.

Yeah, Tusbasa definately is one of those long-awaited anime. I was expecting it to be popular, but heck, the torrent stats equal that of the bleachers, which is kind of scary. XD

I didn't find any specific problems with the LE sub, just the usual freezing up that happens just because my coputer blows.

The VA's I don't have much of a problem with. I think the issue for me is the fact that most are different from the other series.

Hearing Yukito sound male is a little bizarre! XD

lol. **** right, Yukito is finally male. Mr. High Priest still has a pretty close and possibly intimate relationship with Mr. Prince, however. Still with all those smiles in the wrong places. It's all really really weird for me, seeing as I just finished rewatching my CCS downloads. Yeah I did like her [Sakura's] CCS VA better and was a little thrown off my by her voice in this. Kinda threw me off.

I only read 2 volumes ( about a year ago so I dont remember it that well ^^)
But I know I really enjoyed it and it was pretty funny at times too. Yuuko is so cool :p

Is there any YukitoXTouya love in Tsubasa?
They were my first experience of a yaoi couple in manga^.^

from what i've seen about Touya x Yukito in tsubasa, they're not all lovey-dovey....at least, not like how they were in CCS. it's up in the air to make innuendos. Clamp usually doesn't do that, though.

yeah, but at least CCS (the manga, at least) was so cut-n-dry....like terada-sensei and rika, eriol and mizuki-sensei, touya and yukito.......Clamp's always brought their couples out into the open, even the non-comformists.

wai: the show airs on Saturdays at 6:30pm. I think the raw was out on Saturday afternoon or something North American time. I'm pretty sure.

It was weird when Touya and Yukito's voices were so deep. Touya's VA is Urahara!!!! I thought that was cool. I couldn't recognize it at all.
