WHAT. THE. HELL.
I normally don't watch the One Piece dub because it's too painful, but today I got up early to see it as to bear witness to Sanji's dub debut. Oh, how I wish I had just slept in like I always do.
They gave Sanji an f-ing NEW YORK ITALIAN accent!? WHYYYY!? What, he's a good cook so he must be italian? Way to stereotype, 4Kids. Seriously, he sounds cheesy and terrible. My favorite One Piece character has been ruined. I can't take him seriously when he sounds like he just left the mafia.
*bangs head on desk* Life is not fair to us One Piece fans. Not at all.
Only good part of the episode is the fact that they kept the scene where Zeff demands Luffy's leg as payment for damages. Thought for sure they'd cut that, but they even left the saw in.
