Auto Cross, Rally, Road Race, Circuit, whatever, talk about it here.

I've got an autocross coming up this Sunday... planning on using my Tercel, cause I lack a better car :( Should be fun though, cause i never take it to the crap limits it has on the open road, caues I just don't want to be in a ditch :P

****, I want private roads to play on

I just have old dirt roads and stuff, but people do live on them, so i gotta be careful and stuff.

I'm thinking once I get a car that has some decent suspension and a rollcage that I'm gonna start looking at all the roads for ski hills. And check the traffic on them at like 2AM :D

Yes, initial D sounding, but how much traffic is gonna be on a road up a mountain to a ski hill at 2 am during the fall??

Yeah... just drift.. when you don't even have a license... Too much Initial D for you....

I'm competive in autocross, having done only one event. Most of the more seasoned guys said I would be very competive after a couple of events, giving guys with years of practice some competition :D

Well, know that the GF is no longer an issue :-/

I have a race next weekend... spent a good amount of time practicing for it today, just feeling my car and driving it like mad for over an hour.... brakes.... feel like mush after a while :p

None the less, the gravel and pavement roads are good practice, since I am doing a road course for the upcoming event

For the thread creator/moderators in here: can you please rename this thread to "The Official BleachForums Auto Racing Thread"?

I've won most of the races I've gotten into..save for that time a 350Z smoked me but that was to be expected;)

My car only has 105HP but it's only ~2000lbs - my 1st and 2nd gear acceleration is ridiculous, and once I shift into 3rd it's usually over.

What does HP actually mean when you're talking about a real car?

Horsepower. Basically how much power the engine puts out.

Oh...I thought it meant hit points. :P I should spend less time playing games and more into researching abbreviations.
